Who
is Twistyman?
...an explosion of
creativity! |
Wow! I am flattered that you want to know more about me! Well, like Batman
and Superman, I am a bit shy about my mild-mannered daytime personality,
but I certainly do understand you wanting to know *smiles*
I was raised by a family of business owners
originating from Monterey, California. At the age of 15, I picked up a
camera and have been in *love* with the creative and visual arts ever
since! I graduated (magna cum laude) from the San Francisco School of
Creative Arts, with an emphasis in film/video/theater production. It was
there that I received an award from Francis Coppola for
directing/producing. 
From there, I wanted to see the world, so I took
a backpack and traveled Ireland and Europe for nearly a year.
I loved travel so much, I became a travel agent
and did even *more* traveling. I just *love* learning about people,
culture and languages, and don't be surprised if Twistyman knows how to
say a few words in many different languages!
I also play the harp. I have been a hospice volunteer in the past,
bringing the harp to the beside of the terminally ill, and am currently
working on a harp CD during my off-Twistyman hours.
(Oh....you want to know how Twistyman
became Twistyman? ...ok, sorry.)
Well, I can give the fun story or the short
story. Since I know your busy, it will have to be the short story... Your
children created me! I started twisting/entertaining in restaurants, then
farmer's markets, then homes, and festivals, and now, at your party or
function! (hopefully
:-)
I have recently begun to re-integrate my passion for film/video into my
future plans, and will be shortly opening up a production company. In the
meantime, It's a BIRD! It's a PLANE!...no...it's TWISTYMAN! (echo,
echo, echo.) *giggle*
(by
the way, did I mention that I like to be a goof ball? What is life
without laughter! ;-)

Philosophy: |
I really believe that
spreading the smiles is most important, above anything else! Without
your children, there would be no future (and no Twistyman;-)....so the way
I see it, they are my boss and it is my duty to provide them, and all of
your guests, with a *great* party! In addition, I have a GREEN
business approach in bringing Twistyman to your home or event!
 At
every opportunity, I try to spread the smiles for miles, because I am very
grateful for the opportunity to make a living serving your children,
family, friends, and/or entertainment needs.
No matter where I go, I never leave my balloons at home.... I just *love*
what I do!
